What we collect

• Your House ID, name and mobile number.
• Complaints you send: the problem, the place, your typed or spoken message, and photos (with the date and location printed on them).
• Records of how each complaint was handled by the society office and staff.

Why

Only to receive, route, resolve and track complaints inside the society, and to contact you about them.

Who can see it

You see only your own complaints. Society staff see the complaints they handle. Your information is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Where it is kept

In the society's secure database (Supabase). A private backup copy is saved to the society's own Google Drive. The backup tool can only access files it creates itself; it cannot read anything else in that Google Drive.

Your choices

To correct or remove your details, contact the society office.
